Why am I a creative coach? Because I know what it’s like to create something new & impactful. It’s…(how do I put this lightly?)…not easy!
If self-doubt doesn’t stop you in your tracks then something else will like…(technical issues, lack of time, lack of skill, money, fear, mistakes, other humans…you name it!)
It can feel like everything is trying to discourage you from creating something you feel called to do. At least that’s how I felt…
From starting a small photography business in New York City to creating a successful podcast and small business with a friend from college — Anytime I was about to make a lot of progress or do something great I would feel a flood of self-doubt & discouragement trying to keep me from moving forward. (But thank goodness I learned how to get past it!)
That’s why I’m here. I know what’s like to struggle with creativity, but I also know how to get past the struggle. The only thing that will get you past your struggle is to increase your confidence + work through your thoughts.
There are too many of us who want to do great things but are held back by our thoughts & beliefs about what we can actually accomplish.
Don’t believe me? Look at these two thoughts:

The first thought might make you feel discouraged and want to stop. The second thought will give you the encouragement and confidence to keep going a little further.
So yes your thoughts & beliefs are powerful…especially when you’re trying to create something new!
